Manager Professional Services

Manager Professional Services is a customer-facing, billable leadership role combining Sr. Consultant expertise with management responsibilities. Responsibilities include consulting on NiCE products and contact center ecosystem topics (CRM, telecommunications infrastructure, analytics, social media), configuring products per contracts and best practices, coordinating cross-department activities, tracking time and status, mentoring junior staff, managing project budgets, and supporting upsell opportunities. The role requires senior-level technical configuration, data/object modeling, database design/enhancement, and architectural leadership, with supervisory duties over a team and a focus on delivering successful client engagements within NiCE’s NICE-FLEX hybrid model (2 days in office, 3 days remote). The position leads client engagements from provisioning through deployment, ensures SLA adherence, develops cost proposals, conducts cost/benefit analyses, and maintains professional standards and ethics. A BS/BA is required; MBA is preferred; 6+ years of experience with 3-5 years in a managerial capacity is expected.
