Job Summary
Manager of Professional Services in India leading two high-impact technical teams (Consulting/Solutions Engineering and Custom App/Script Development) with 10–14 years of experience. Responsible for building and scaling the India-based Professional Services capability, driving delivery excellence, customer outcomes, and adoption of automated solutions. Responsibilities include team leadership and mentoring, Scrum management, backlog/product prioritization, cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, Engineering, Revenue Operations, and Leadership, driving service delivery adoption and customer retention, defining and tracking professional services metrics, designing complex tools and solutions, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, providing technical guidance on user adoption and SCIM integrations, and overseeing migrations from legacy directories (Active Directory, Okta) to JumpCloud platform.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience
- 10–14 years of experience in programming, scripting, or professional services in a SaaS or IT environment
- 3–5 years of experience leading technical teams and owning engineering initiatives
- Demonstrated experience managing software teams using Scrum or other Agile methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in PowerShell and Bash scripting, with Python or other object-oriented languages
- Deep expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, AzureAD, and Okta
- Advanced understanding of LDAP(S), RADIUS, SAML, OIDC, and SCIM
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GWS, and experience managing Windows, macOS, and Linux
- Experience with project management strategies and ensuring technical deployment projects are completed satisfactorily
- Willingness to work 1 PM to 10 PM shift
- Strong collaboration with global teams and stakeholder management
- Migration and implementation experience from legacy directories (e.g., Active Directory, Okta) to cloud platforms
