Job Summary
Manage professional services delivery by collaborating with stakeholders and clients to ensure successful project outcomes and business results. Provide consultative advice and lead data-driven analysis using key performance indicators to drive decisions on resourcing, risk, and scope. Oversee implementation of model best practices while acting as an escalation point to align estimates and delivery expectations. Lead team management, coaching, and culture development across complex, multi-stakeholder engagements. Travel up to 50%. NextGen Healthcare serves diverse ambulatory practices, combining performance at scale with operational flexibility to empower practices for evolving needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years project implementation professional services, healthcare consulting, project management, or a customer-facing role
- Experience with all phases of a client software implementation lifecycle, including initial needs analysis, project administration, software installation, onsite training, systems troubleshooting
- NextGen Certification in EHR, EPM or other relevant product certifications within 6 months of hire
- Maintain and renew certification
- Strong understanding of the professional services landscape, including both internal and partner-provided services
- Implementation strategies and activities that promote long-term customer loyalty
- In depth knowledge of the health care industry
