Manager, Professional Services Delivery

Job Summary
Lead the delivery of professional services projects for healthcare clients, coordinating with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful project delivery. Provide consultative recommendations and solutions aligned with best-practice processes and workflows, and drive data-driven decision-making using KPIs to manage resourcing, risk, and scope. Collaborate with Sales to assist with project estimates and customer inquiries; coach and lead the delivery team; establish and maintain a positive culture; oversee the adoption of model and methodology best practices; act as escalation point to align delivery expectations. Travel up to 50%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in project implementation professional services, healthcare consulting, project management, or a customer-facing role
- Experience with all phases of a client software implementation lifecycle (needs analysis, project administration, software installation, onsite training, troubleshooting)
- NextGen Certification in EHR, EPM or other relevant product certifications within 6 months of hire and maintenance of certification
