Job Summary
Schedule and organize training sessions, workshops, and webinars for internal and external stakeholders. Assist in the development of learning materials and training content. Manage onboarding of new Resource Persons (RPs) and Question Paper (QP) developers. Coordinate with internal teams to understand customized requirements for question papers and execute through external vendors and developers. Liaise with resource persons for travel and accommodation arrangements, ensuring smooth and comfortable logistics for seminars and training sessions. Support the organization and execution of seminars and training activities. Maintain and enhance publicly accessible OUP product information. Ensure availability and management of sales collateral for effective product representation in the market. Enable and administer co-operative marketing initiatives in collaboration with teams. Coordinate marketing activities and ensure effective implementation with measurable outcomes. Ensure sales teams are equipped with essential product and competitive information prepared by the marketing team. Assist in training sales teams on SMART OUP and support its adoption. Maintain and update information on SMART OUP to support planning, reporting, and analysis. Impact: Your role will play a critical part in strengthening training effectiveness, enhancing sales readiness, and ensuring seamless coordination between teams and external partners. This will directly contribute to improved market execution, better customer engagement, and overall business performance.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate with 3–4 years of experience in marketing coordination or related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
