Job Summary
Manager, Professional Development role focusing on driving product adoption and customer engagement for Oxford University Press School Education products. Responsibilities include conducting product briefings in schools, delivering training sessions to teachers, enabling sales teams, ensuring timely SLA/SOP adherence, designing engagement initiatives to improve product usage and customer delight, and driving revenue through retention and upsell/cross-sell opportunities. The role involves working with schools, teachers, internal sales, and product teams to ensure effective implementation, training, and long-term customer success. Requires graduate/postgraduate education with at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong communication, multi-tasking, and stakeholder-management skills, including collaboration with remote teams.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Stakeholder management including remote teams
- Good understanding of computer applications
- Desirable: experience in teacher training and/or school teaching
