Job Summary
Develop product quality and safety strategy by defining vision, policy, and annual plans that ensure thousands of products meet strict safety, regulatory, and customer expectation standards. Lead a team of 18 specialists, fit technicians, and a compliance coordinator to drive focus, ownership, and continuous improvement across product specifications, audit protocols, and global recalls. Manage international collaboration with teams in China, Bangladesh, and Turkia to maintain a uniform approach, while advising on quality, safety, and compliance as the internal benchmark for the entire organization.
Required Qualifications
- afgeronde wo-opleiding in Kwaliteitsmanagement, technische bedrijfskunde, huishoud & consumenten technologie
- minimaal 8 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol op het gebied van kwaliteit en productveiligheid
- beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend
- stelt hoge eisen aan veiligheid en kwaliteit
- borgt standaarden
- zet in op continue verbetering
- gibt richting aan 18 collega's
- overziet de hele keten – van productontwikkeling tot klantcontact
- vertaalt kwaliteitsvisie naar een concreet jaarplan
- doelgerichte inzet van capaciteit
