Develop production methods, assembly structures, and technical workflows that streamline operations, shorten lead times, and support onboarding. Maintain the reliability of the production facility and equipment while driving improvements and investments to support current and future capacity needs. Clarify priorities and work cross-functionally to turn production needs into real improvements. This role strengthens the intersection between engineering and production within a growing global leader in advanced high-pressure technology.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a relevant technical field, or equivalent experience
- Swedish
