Job Summary
Develop and implement comprehensive production plans aligning with demand forecasts and business objectives. Efficiently allocate resources, including raw materials, labor, and machinery, while coordinating with sales, procurement, and logistics to ensure timely material availability. Lead a team of production planners, guiding best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks, monitor schedules for demand changes, and manage inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods. Track Key Performance Indicators related to production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality standards. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field with at least 5 years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, or supply chain management
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Excellent Knowledge of the English language
- Computer Literacy (MS Office, ERP System)
