Job Summary
Production Operations Manager responsible for Quality, Manufacturing, and CSR performance of assigned service providers; drive lean manufacturing initiatives, ensure timely communication of quality and production issues, and oversee the Monthly Production Plan; lead cross-functional collaboration with suppliers, enforce corrective actions, and develop staff across production operations with emphasis on data analysis, process improvements, and stakeholder communication.
Required Qualifications
- Degree holder with a minimum of 8 years working experience in sourcing handbags, accessories, footwear, or related product line
- At least 2 years in a managerial level role
- Strong in sourcing and vendor management with in-depth knowledge of production operations and quality enforcement
- Proficient in MS Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Excellent written and oral English; Mandarin is a plus
