Job Summary
Review, correct, and close production information entries to ensure timely and accurate consumption data drives completed production value. Manage processing data and performance metrics by analyzing operational efficiency indicators such as yield, labor, and throughputs. Provide plant-wide costing for projects including cannery operations and new SKU demands while generating actionable reports based on cost and resource analysis. This full-time, exempt role requires a Bachelor's degree in business management and five years of manufacturing experience. Candidates must work extended schedules and weekends during the fresh pack season from July to early October.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business management or related field; or, an equivalent combination of training, education and experience that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties of the job
- 5 years' experience in manufacturing and distribution operations environment
- 1 years' supervisory experience
- Excellent knowledge of advanced Excel functions
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint)
- knowledge of Oracle
- knowledge of PeopleSoft
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Ability to pass a background check including employment and educational verification
- Ability to pass a credit screen
- Ability to work extended schedule and weekends during the fresh pack season, typically July to early October
