Job Summary
Manager Production on C Shift responsible for leading a team in production planning, staffing, and day-to-day manufacturing operations. Oversees prioritization of production, schedules to meet customer promises, and coordination with Maintenance/Engineering to maximize equipment availability and minimize downtime. Drives process improvements, collaborates with Safety and Quality teams, assists in budgeting and cost-control, and informs leadership on productivity and performance measures. Requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with experience managing direct reports and a willingness to work a flexible schedule including potential evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Bachelor's degree preferred with 6-8 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination, and 1-3 years of management experience.
