Manager Production - 2nd Shift

Oversees and coordinates the activities of a more complex production line on the 2nd shift, prepares schedules, resolves issues, and ensures adherence to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include creating reports and records of production processes, sharing them with managers, and providing suggestions to improve safety, productivity, and quality; maintaining documentation related to operating procedures and standards; supervising daily activities of production-line workers, assigning tasks, coordinating between teams, ensuring safety, monitoring performance; training new hires and managing scheduling and conflicts; driving internal communication for a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Top candidates will have strong leadership in manufacturing, plus skills in performance management, analytical thinking, decision making, effective communications, and attention to detail. A Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, engineering, and manufacturing and prior supervisory experience in manufacturing are highly desirable.
