Job Summary
Lead the BC Interior Product Support Sales Representative team, driving sales performance, customer satisfaction, and regional business growth through coaching, training, and strategic direction. Champion the IMPACT sales process, develop territory strategies, and oversee business planning to identify market opportunities and support forecasting. Analyze sales data to improve profitability, ensure consistent pricing policies, and maintain high standards of service for key customers. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement initiatives that align with corporate goals while fostering a safe, high-performing culture. Report to the General Manager, BC Interior, and work on-site in Kamloops or at customer locations.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of experience in the heavy equipment industry
- strong sales and marketing orientation
