Job Summary
Lead a lean pod of engineers to build a scalable, compliant foundation for the new Hotels Tax and Compliance vertical. Act as the strategic bridge between Legal, Risk, and Engineering, translating complex regulatory advice into technical roadmaps and ensuring back-end systems handle tax logic with precision. Navigate diverse touchpoints across the organization to establish the proper way of operating in this undefined space. This 0-to-1 opportunity requires high ambiguity navigation and expert stakeholder management to reimagine how tax requirements are managed within the Capital One Hotels organization.
Required Qualifications
