Job Summary
Lead product strategy and delivery for the Scheduler Platform, Capital One's core data store for scheduled transaction generation across millions of customers. Own the platform that handles complex scheduling logic for Internal Transfers, ACH, RTP, Zelle, Wire, and Check while expanding into Predictive Scheduling and real-time payment enablement. Collaborate with designers, engineers, data scientists, and business partners to transform experiences for consumer, small business, and commercial personas. Define product direction in ambiguous, high-stakes environments and drive alignment across partners with competing priorities. Manage the roadmap for this high-leverage infrastructure product supporting Retail, Small Business, and Commercial Bank initiatives.
Required Qualifications
