Job Summary
Manager, Product Management Transfer Solutions Europe leads European product management for Mastercard Send, ensuring alignment with regional sales and global initiatives. Responsibilities include assessing market landscape to inform product and go-to-market strategy, developing/adapting regional collateral and training materials, partnering with regional business development and local product teams to support sales opportunities, coordinating with Global teams to implement new uses cases, planning enablement gaps with account teams, preparing top-management updates on status and opportunities, and advocating for Mastercard Send internally and externally. Requires strong data gathering, analysis, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration, plus excellent written and verbal communication, autonomous work style, and customer/result orientation. Travel up to 5-10% is expected. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Language: English; additional European languages are a plus.
Required Qualifications

- Knowledge of financial transfer industry and/or Mastercard Send is a plus
- Ability to travel 5-10%
