Job Summary
Embed with partners across Financial Management, Software Capitalization, and Data Analytics to understand user pain points and desired outcomes from forecasting tools. Partner closely with Regulatory, FP&A, Controllers, and Analyst teams to translate business requirements for forecast development, analysis, and operations. Drive alignment across stakeholders by prioritizing competing initiatives, sequencing development, and ensuring end-to-end delivery of scalable, resilient platforms. Establish success metrics and feedback loops to assess adoption and impact, continuously iterating based on user and stakeholder input. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Data, Risk, and Technology within Capital One's Finance Product & Data Solutions team, directly influencing the next generation of corporate planning tooling.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
- Background or hands-on experience supporting regulatory reporting, model development, analytics, or quantitative workflows, such as scenario analysis, stress testing, or forecasting
- Demonstrated ability to translate business partners' needs into clear product strategy, defining target outcomes & operating models, success metrics, and proposed roadmaps / prioritized backlogs for business, engineering and data partner teams
- Comfortable navigating regulatory requirements and third-party systems limitations while still driving step-function modernization & improvements to user outcomes
- Enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-prerforming team and learning environment while maintaining a high level of analytical rigor and attention to detail
- Strong ownership mindset with ability to both drive work independently and through/with others
- Ability to influence multiple senior stakeholders with competing priorities, synthesize diverse viewpoints, and drive alignment without direct authority
- Clear, confident communicator who can explain complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
