Job Summary
Manager, Product Management for Enterprise Supplier Management leads cross-functional teams to drive lifecycle management of Salesforce-based supplier/third-party solutions. Focus is on translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products, shaping roadmaps, collaborating with Product, BA, Systems, and Engineers, and delivering outcomes aligned with Capital One's Enterprise Product Framework. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day health of Salesforce applications, driving enhancements to support third-party lifecycle activities, influencing supplier roadmaps, ensuring data meets enterprise needs, and leading transformational initiatives with a technology-driven, customer-centric approach.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in Product Management
- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or Master's Degree in a quantitative field or MBA with a quantitative concentration
- Ability to obtain/maintain required degree by start date
