Job Summary

Manage the Enterprise Document Management Platform's real-time ingestion, deletion, and redaction capabilities to safeguard sensitive data across 15 billion customer documents. Lead an engineering team to design and deliver product features for internal customers and agents, building a roadmap that prioritizes high-leverage features grounded in qualitative and quantitative data. Demonstrate expertise in backend products, API integrations, and Gen AI/ML capabilities while strengthening controls to reduce operational risks. This role supports critical servicing needs for clients across the Enterprise, driving innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience

  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
