Job Summary
Manage and develop data products for the Payments Intelligence team, focusing on the organization, enhancement, and management of spend data to maintain high resilience, performance, and data quality. Execute a strategic product roadmap aligned with business goals while collaborating across teams to define data-driven strategies, prioritize features, and deliver impactful solutions on time. Monitor product performance using key metrics to drive continuous improvement and innovation throughout the product lifecycle. This role supports the Emerging Payments line of business by building at-scale data products using cloud technologies and ML capabilities to power digital experiences and analytics across Capital One.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 3 years of Product Management experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- 1+ years of experience with Payments Industry (particularly transaction data)
- 1+ years of experience with SQL, Databricks, data lakes, and/or AWS data services (DynamoDB, S3, streaming)
- 5+ years of experience in Agile product management
