Job Summary
Manager, Product Management for AI/ML Model Governance on the MLX team at Capital One India (Bangalore). Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy for your area; deeply understand the needs of data scientists, ML engineers and model risk officers; partner with business and technology leadership to align prioritization; collaborate with teams in India and the USA to drive platform alignment; incorporate design thinking and analytics to inform product design; maintain a healthy backlog and drive Agile ceremonies; serve as the connection between Customers, Capital One’s mission, and Tech. Strong collaboration, leadership, and communication skills with experience in Agile environments are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology
- At least 8 years of work experience in tech industry
- At least 5 years of experience in product management
- At least 3 years of experience in building Enterprise AI/ML platform products or AI/ML powered products for enterprises
