MANAGER - PRODUCT INNOVATION

Lead AeroTEC's Product Innovation function across the full product development lifecycle for aerospace programs, driving ideation to prototype, test, and delivery. Provide technical leadership across mechanical design, wind tunnel models, structural and systems analysis, and design-for-certification activities. Manage a Product Innovation team (Group Leads and Engineers), oversee cost, schedule, and quality, and ensure processes, templates, and toolsets (PLM, CAD standards, prototype workflows) are continually improved. Interface with Systems Engineering & Certification, Design & Stress, Mechanical Systems, Test & Evaluation, and Manufacturing; support business development with technical input; manage technical risk; coordinate with customers, suppliers, and certification authorities; lead technical data and presentations; recruit, develop, and retain talent; and represent AeroTEC in external forums. Degree and 10+ years aerospace experience with 3+ years leadership required; travel to domestic and international worksites expected.
