Job Summary
Manage operational aspects of new index ETF launches, including front-end processes, back-office meetings, and project plans. Lead annual prospectus reviews, coordinate share splits, and monitor monthly closing prices. Execute benchmark changes and fund repositionings, while driving fund liquidation frameworks and analysis. Coordinate with Capital Markets on calculation time or cost adjustments. Support Product Development and Management teams throughout the episodic and recurring product lifecycle. This role oversees mission-critical events such as launches, liquidations, and fund repositionings within ProShares' ETF strategy division.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Approximately 6 years of experience with recent experience within financial services/fund operations/fund processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of and experience in the financial markets, asset management, and ETFs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving industry
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
