Build and manage precise T&A calendars across global factories while analyzing quotes to negotiate fabric, trim, and yarn costs that hit aggressive target margins. Monitor daily status of lab dips and strike-offs to ensure total compliance with brand standards, evaluating fabrics for hand-feel and weight. Oversee protos, fits, and patterns from initial sketch to final placement, maintaining daily communication with overseas offices and vendors. Travel for comp shopping and trade shows to keep assortments ahead of industry trends. Collaborate with Buying and Marketing to align on product knowledge and successful launches, mentoring a growing product development team.
