Job Summary
Lead product operational delivery across Mastercard authentication and data-driven solutions, managing intake, prioritization, governance, and support models for scalable execution. Own global authentication product monitoring and dashboard strategy for new builds and enhancements, establishing KPI frameworks and reporting solutions to support performance and customer insights. Partner with analytics and engineering to ensure data quality, governance, and accessibility, while analyzing complex authentication processing scenarios and system behavior. Act as product/business owner to translate customer needs into reporting and product capabilities, aligning globally with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Regional, Legal, Privacy, Franchise, and Pricing teams. Ensure products meet regulatory requirements and internal governance standards, embedding risk-aware decision making into workflows. Lead and influence cross-functional teams to drive alignment and results.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in product development, product management, and/or product operations with leadership responsibilities
- Deep knowledge of data and reporting strategy
- Strong background in data analysis, KPI development, and reporting
- Ability to lead complex initiatives and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, regulated environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to build and leverage relationships globally
- Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with ability to influence across all levels of the organization
- Strong project/program management skills with high attention to organization and execution
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and quickly adapt to evolving business needs
- Experience using Artificial Intelligence tools
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with AI data consumption a plus
- Power BI preferred
