Job Summary

Drive the generation and analysis of new concepts for the Disputes portfolio by interfacing with internal teams, customers, and end-users. Own the development of concepts into commercial products from concept through pilot, incubation, and commercialization while leveraging engineering, customer research, and experience design teams. Develop and own product roadmaps, pilot launch plans, and business cases throughout the process, using a data-driven approach to assess market opportunities and build accurate revenue and impact projections. Build relationships across Global Products, Technology, and regional teams to support the delivery of new dispute solutions and maintain a strong pipeline of initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience developing and commercializing new products
  • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle
  • demonstrated track record of generating, structuring, and promoting innovative ideas that achieve business targets
  • Experience translating business requirements (internal and external) into technical product requirements and product strategies
  • Strong technical background with the ability to work directly with data
  • comfortable analyzing large datasets
  • interpreting system and transaction flows
  • partnering closely with engineering teams
  • Proven project management and thought leadership skills
  • ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across global, multi-cultural, and remote teams
  • Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • successful track record of engaging at senior levels both internally and with customers
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices
  • Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed
  • Report any suspected information security violation or breach
  • Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience developing and commercializing new products, ideally within payments, disputes, fraud, risk, or identity solutions
  • domain experience in e-commerce, identity verification, or authentication
  • Knowledge of first-party fraud and associated industry challenges
