Job Summary
Lead Product Design efforts for Capital One Software's B2B website experience, partnering with the Director of Product to drive discovery and delivery of high-impact, usable digital experiences. Build a content-rich platform aligned with brand, sales, and growth; optimize key user flows to improve task completion and customer satisfaction; mentor more junior designers; influence product strategy across cross-functional partners; create artifacts such as journey maps, blueprints, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes within established design systems. The role emphasizes leadership, human-centered design, and collaboration to shape a performance-driven product experience across multiple locations.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a Product Design role
- At least 5 years of experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Experience with design systems and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience leading design projects or teams
- Experience in regulated, data-heavy problem spaces
