Job Summary
Supervise a team responsible for preparing, validating, and managing the lifecycle of product definition deliverables for the ECN module. Manage program tasks within budget and schedule, prioritize and distribute work, and provide technical support and leadership. Evaluate team performance, facilitate hiring, and lead improvement initiatives. Requires strong expertise in model-based practices and CAD, as well as substantial experience in aerospace product definition and configuration management.
Required Qualifications
- College Degree in Engineering Technology with a minimum of 10 years of experience
- Engineering Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience
Desired Qualifications
- Expertise in model-based definition practices
- Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD
- Strong knowledge of GD&T
- Thorough knowledge of product definition processes
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
- Very good communication skills
- Strong interest in mentoring
