Job Summary
Manager, Product Commercialisation to lead the go-to-market strategy and scaling of HSBC’s Embedded Finance solution within Global Trade Solutions. Drive GTM strategy in collaboration with clients and internal teams (product, marketing, communications); develop campaigns and materials with clients, marketing and communications to drive awareness, consideration, conversion, retention and advocacy; partner with sales and servicing teams to deliver training, tools, and materials for effective product positioning and customer engagement; establish growth targets, budgets, and KPI tracking for cost-effective rollout; monitor progress and identify opportunities for continuous improvement of marketing initiatives. Requirements include strong experience in marketing, commercialisation or Go To Market strategy (preferably in financial services or fintech), ability to design and launch new products, solid understanding of Embedded Finance concepts for e-commerce and international trade, excellent communication/presentation skills, strong analytical and KPI-management capabilities, and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business (MBA a plus).
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in marketing, commercialisation or Go To Market strategy, preferably in financial services or fintech
- Experience launching and scaling new products is an advantage
- Strong understanding of Embedded Finance concepts and how to position their value to various customer segments, especially to e-Commerce and international trade sectors
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Strong analytical skills to measure marketing performance and optimise campaigns effectively
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute cost-effective marketing plans
- Experience managing KPIs and driving actionable insights from data analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
