Job Summary
Manager, Product Calendar Marketing at IHOP will lead the planning and execution of IHOP’s marketing calendar, driving strategy, campaign execution, and core menu planning across seasons. The role partners cross-functionally to bring product launches, value menus, seasonal promotions, and core menu cycles to life, driving traffic and check growth while ensuring profitability. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing product and marketing strategies, planning the marketing calendar up to 18 months, leading cross-functional briefings, coordinating campaign details and training materials, managing calendar launches and product execution, forecasting and procurement coordination, and overseeing budget for obsolete inventory. Leadership duties include coaching the Associate Manager, building strong cross-functional relationships, influencing franchise partners and vendors, and presenting insights and performance expectations to leadership and franchisee committees. Qualifications require a college degree with MBA preferred, 4+ years in product development, innovation, or brand management in a national chain restaurant or CPG environment, exceptional planning/project management skills, ability to influence cross-functional teams, and strong communication and organizational abilities.
