Job Summary

Oversee value stream procurement execution, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing while managing purchase order generation, supplier acceptance rates, and critical part shortage problem solving. Lead monthly part supply scorecards to track key metrics, identify top material shortage opportunities, and collaborate with production management to root cause issues. Train and mentor a high-performing procurement team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement through performance evaluations and proficiency tracking. Work 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Mon-Fri, on site 100%. Annual base salary range is $128,084 - $169,711.30, with eligibility for the annual incentive plan. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in manufacturing purchasing, with specific expertise in Oracle ERP and Power BI.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of demonstrated experience working in purchasing or a related role in the manufacturing industry
  • Possess a deep subject matter expertise in procurement processes, including requisitioning, purchasing, and supplier management
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles, including inventory management, demand forecasting, and logistics
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, compliance standards, and ethical sourcing practices
  • Good negotiation skills with the ability to understand business priorities and pursue beneficial outcomes in discussions with suppliers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal departments and external vendors
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to complete activities with accuracy
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile data and generate meaningful reports, including the ability to problem-solve reporting issues in Power BI and update dashboards and other resources as needed
  • Expert-level skills in procurement software and tools, such as ERP systems, supplier management platforms, and data analytics tools
  • Must have specific experience with Oracle ERP software
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel (Advanced), Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Ability to travel as required
