Job Summary
Manager Procurement role responsible for defining and implementing procurement strategy and policy aligned with business goals. Leads strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, contract negotiations, cost optimization, process standardization, risk management, and stakeholder collaboration. Requires leadership of procurement teams, data-driven reporting, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Preferred proficiency in SAP, Ariba, and Workday with advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills. Location in Kingston, Jamaica.
Required Qualifications
- Education: A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Proven experience (5 plus years) in procurement or supply chain roles, with a track record of successful vendor management.
