Lead procurement efforts for multiple programs within the Product Support business area, fostering relationships with first-tier subcontractors and administering subcontracts across the acquisition life cycle. Issue and resolve medium/high complexity conflicts in accordance with FAR/DFAR and corporate compliance requirements for various subcontract types. Perform comprehensive supply chain support for gate/metrics reviews, manage high-dollar material and service procurements, and conduct negotiations including terms and conditions. Utilize source selection techniques to analyze data, identify supplier risks, and ensure requirements are properly communicated to suppliers while managing performance to cost, schedule, and quality targets. Assist in training peer procurement professionals and drive performance to meet company metric targets in a fast-paced, compliant environment.
