Job Summary
Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for Marketing Services, develop global category strategies, negotiate with global, regional, and local suppliers, and build/manage strategic supplier relationships. Drive cost optimization, deliver procurement savings targets, and act as a trusted advisor to marketing stakeholders within Sonova’s global organization. Leverage market intelligence to inform category planning and collaborate across cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for value creation and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3–5 years of procurement experience within indirect procurement and Marketing Services categories
- Experience developing category strategies and managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle
- Strong commercial acumen with track record of supplier negotiations and delivering measurable business value
- Experience managing supplier performance and building collaborative vendor relationships
- Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across global and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to leverage market data and insights for decision-making
- Fluent in English; MCIPS, MSc, or MBA advantageous
