Job Summary
Lead sourcing initiatives for the Marketing Services Portfolio by assessing internal needs, executing competitive events, negotiating agreements, and managing supplier relationships across market research, call centers, and promotions categories. Develop and implement procurement strategy to drive cost savings, mitigate inflation, and optimize cash flow while managing risk for an annual spend of approximately $160 million. Partner with Global Business Units and North America Sales to deliver continuous cost improvements and foster innovation. This role supports cross-functional efforts to enable innovation and maintain strong performance across the portfolio, including quarterly business reviews and performance tracking. You will work within SC Johnson's global family company, collaborating with stakeholders to align with broader business priorities in cost, cash, and supplier diversity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing
- 5-8 years of directly relevant experience in procurement
- Relevant experience in marketing or marketing services
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
