Manager, Procurement Governance & Intelligence

Procurement Governance & Intelligence Manager role focused on establishing the architecture of Grab's procurement governance and risk framework across regions. You translate procurement strategy into policies, play-book guides, and system rules for Category & Commercial teams and Business Partners, and oversee supplier risk and ESG agenda end-to-end, from segmentation models to contract clauses and monitoring workflows. The position is base onsite with regional scope across Grab entities. You will collaborate with IT, Risk Domains, Audit, Procurement Category Leaders, PTP COE, and SSC to turn governance thinking into practical workflows and controls, applying AI to reimagine procurement governance, S2C processes, and procurement transformation. Strong emphasis on design, first-principles problem solving, policy/framework development, and effective communication to change minds. Not required to have ten years, but you should have curiosity, courage to challenge status quo, and the ability to shape an AI-native procurement function. You will report to the Head of Procurement G&I and work with cross-functional partners to implement governance that enables faster, smarter, and defensible procurement decisions.
