Job Summary
Lead and own the design and creation of Procurement reports for the GBS Analytics team, building a comprehensive, reliable, and timely Procurement Bowler report; support commodity teams with market analytics and price forecasting; collaborate with systems teams to implement standard metrics reporting tools (e.g., Oracle, Sigma); ensure timely delivery of analytics outputs to stakeholders; drive CBS implementation and identify process improvements in analytics and reporting; lead technology improvements including automation/AI to streamline manual work and optimize resource utilization; develop individual development plans for team members and foster a culture of inclusion and collaboration across a global organization focused on sustainability and climate-tech solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Experience leading analytics projects and teams in procurement or supply chain
- Strong proficiency with analytics tools (Oracle, Sigma) and BI reporting
- Ability to design and deliver reliable procurement reports and dashboards
- Experience with process improvements and automation in analytics workflows
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
