Manager - Procurement & Contract (Procurement Projects)

Job Summary
Oversee procurement execution and contractual management for CAPEX and OPEX projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, specifications, quality, and company SOPs. Lead the full tender lifecycle, engage stakeholders to confirm technical and commercial documentation, negotiate contracts, manage tender/RFP/Quotation processes, and maintain documentation and deadlines. Drive contract management, document management, and stakeholder governance to ensure successful project completion within approved scope and quality. Requires a degree in Quantity Surveying or Building with PQS registration as an added advantage; minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement/contracts; Malaysia-based employment with online applications encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building
- Registered member with LJUBM/BQSM as Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS) would be an added advantage
