Job Summary
The Manager, Procurement – Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) leads governance, strategy, and optimization of the contract lifecycle ecosystem with primary ownership of the Ironclad CLM platform and integration with Oracle E-Business Suite. This role provides functional leadership across Procurement, Legal, Finance, and the business to ensure contract data integrity, standardization of processes, and compliance with internal controls and external audit requirements. Responsibilities include setting enterprise standards for templates and clause libraries, governing end-to-end contract lifecycle from intake to repository, overseeing renewals and obligations, leading system enhancements, coordinating UAT and release management with IT and vendors, and delivering training to drive adoption. The role also ensures alignment between contract terms and ERP data structures, leads audit coordination and reporting, develops dashboards and KPIs for cycle time, compliance, and renewals, and drives continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration across procurement, legal, and finance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 6–9 years procurement/contract management experience
- CLM (Ironclad preferred) experience
- Oracle EBS experience
- Strong contract interpretation and risk assessment skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
