Job Summary
Lead process transformation initiatives by combining AI-driven solutioning, strategic consulting, and process excellence to deliver measurable business outcomes and enhanced customer/employee experiences. Responsibilities include AI & Digital Solutioning to identify and prioritize AI/automation use cases, translate business problems into scalable AI-enabled solutions, drive adoption of emerging technologies, and provide consultative leadership to align priorities, roadmaps, and execution. Key duties span governance, risk, change management, KPI/dashboards, stakeholder engagement, and building cross-functional partnerships to deliver end-to-end process improvements at scale.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in process transformation, consulting, or business optimization
- Proven experience in AI/automation use case identification and solutioning
- Strong knowledge of business analysis, process design, and project delivery
- Demonstrated consultative leadership and stakeholder influence skills
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Solid understanding of risk, regulatory, and compliance frameworks
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
