Manager, Process Excellence (People Operations & HR Transformation)

Redesign HR processes to standardize workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance the employee and manager experience through digital solutions. Drive process standardization, continuous improvement, and adoption of scalable service delivery solutions across the employee lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on Oracle HCM and ServiceNow (HRSD). Enable automation by improving efficiency in People Operations. This hybrid position is based in Basingstoke (UK), Barcelona (Spain), or Warsaw (Poland).
