Manager, Process Engineering - NPI

Job Summary
As a Process Engineering Manager NPI, you will lead a team responsible for designing and developing new and improved manufacturing processes and ensuring their effective transfer to production. You will act as a primary process and manufacturing expert for new product introductions, assess process capabilities, prioritize improvements, and innovate new procedures. The role requires executing functional deliverables associated with CAPA, Project Management, and Quality Systems while ensuring compliance with documentation requirements. Additionally, you will oversee development builds, provide DFM input, and contribute to Intellectual Property submissions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in science or BSME, or related Engineering Degree
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in process/manufacturing engineering role
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Medical Device Manufacturing
- Previous experience in Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Lean Manufacturing, and Process Control Concepts
- Experience with data analysis (Minitab) preferred
- Experience with Measurement Systems (CMM’s, Vision Inspection and Profilometers)
- Experience with CAD Software Solid Works, MasterCAM
- Master’s degree in engineering
- Metals/plastics machining/additive manufacturing experience
