Job Summary
Lead a team of 4 developers to simplify and automate complex internal processes using Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint, translating stakeholder problems into practical applications. Manage project intake and track progress to ensure deliverables meet expectations. Drive AI and ML initiatives within the Commercial Data and Sales Insight Team and build a strong network across Sales Operations to centralize improvements across regions and business units. Requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, legal work authorization in the U.S., and hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Visual Basic Applications. Hybrid work arrangement from a Rockwell office location in Milwaukee, WI. 5+ years of management experience and experience launching Power Apps in a complex B2B sales environment are preferred.
