Job Summary

Lead and maintain fit-for-purpose engineering design processes with governance across projects; drive continuous improvement through mapping, modeling, automation, and digital transformation; use data analytics to optimize engineering workflows and decision-making; supervise and coach Engineering Coordinators; collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance performance, innovation, and organizational learning; possess engineering background with P.Eng and PMP assets; 10+ years of project delivery with 3+ years in process improvement; apply Lean/Six Sigma/Agile methods; demonstrate leadership in managing change, teams, and complex projects; strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; eligible for federal security clearance; hybrid work setup in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

Required Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or diploma (P.Eng and PMP considered strong assets)
  • Minimum 10 years of project delivery experience
  • At least 3 years in process improvement roles
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, project management, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile)
  • Strong data analytics and ability to use performance metrics to optimize workflows
  • Proven leadership skills with change management and team coordination experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Technical proficiency and eligibility for federal security clearance
