Job Summary
Manager – Process Analyst in JLL Business Services responsible for supporting the Process Architecture capability, including process framework, process modelling using BPMN2.0, process tooling, process insights via AI tools, governance and training. The role requires a demonstrable process mindset and experience in process flows, levels, and architecture, with proficiency in process mapping tools (MS Visio, IBM Blueworks Live, ARIS, Signavio) and knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and Project Management. The candidate will document processes, contribute to governance and training programs, and facilitate collaboration across stakeholders to enable the delivery of Business & Process Architect services. Location: On-site – Hyderabad, TS. Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40. The posting notes an expectation of 10-12 years of related experience with at least 4 years in process architecture; strong emphasis on communication, collaboration, and delivering results.
Required Qualifications
- 10-12 years experience with at least 4 years in process architecture and related domain
- experience in process mapping with BPM tools
- proficiency in BPMN2.0 documentation
- experience using BPM tools (Visio, Blueworks Live, ARIS, Signavio)
- ability to generate process insights using AI tools and techniques
- knowledge of process governance and training program development
- ability to document processes and define governance frameworks (access management, versioning, audit framework, taxonomy)
- strong communication, facilitation, negotiation and influencing skills
- experience with end-to-end content management and asset definition
- exposure to global real estate operations preferred but not essential
