Job Summary
Provide targeted pricing guidance by market, geography, and consumer segment to help the business achieve sales, revenue, and other objectives. Identify and execute pricing strategies aligned with overall business strategy, advising on and implementing pricing, packaging, and monetization approaches for products and services. Produce forward-looking business cases, volume, and revenue models while maintaining logic, algorithms, and reporting related to pricing health. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Data Analysis teams on pricing models, guidelines, and standardized quantitative outputs.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ Years experience
- BA Degree or equivalent years of experience
- Demonstrates highly developed knowledge, understanding and application of the skill
- Able to assist, consult, coach, teach or lead others in the application of the skill
- Can apply knowledge outside the scope of one's position
- Achievement of this proficiency level requires significant experience and expertise
- Able to 'build from scratch' as well as improve inherited workstreams
- Understanding of the impact of strategic pricing recommendations
- Recommends pricing strategies that portray value, drive customer purchasing decisions and instill confidence in company products and services
- Experienced and comfortable engaging leadership
- Fast learner, comfortable creating new processes and improving existing processes
- Committed: Values each customer, while working hard to keep their business and support our communities
- Helpful: Delivers support in the ways that are most useful to our customers and addresses their needs with expertise, respect, and empathy
- Proactive: Understand what our customers need, and actively works to make their relationship with use seamless, easy, and rewarding
- Personal: Knows our customers well, and tailors the communications and interactions to address the needs and expectations
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Subscription business experience strongly preferred
- Telecom/broadband/mobile industry experience helpful but not required
- May utilize AI/software assistance but is not dependent on it
