Job Summary
Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing and digital communication strategies for the Singapore Public Service, shaping campaign narratives, key messaging, and content direction across online and offline platforms. Manage and optimise digital platforms including website and social media, drive awareness, engagement and conversion, and oversee partnerships with media, outreach, content creators, influencers and agencies. Leverage data, analytics and research insights to evaluate performance and optimise campaign effectiveness; provide strategic oversight of SEO/SEM and media buys; steward brand identity and ensure consistency across communications; manage budgets, resources and timelines; collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align with PC’s goals and messaging.
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 8 years of experience in Integrated Marketing Campaigns, Digital Marketing and Social Media Management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and project management abilities
- Results-oriented, analytical, and data-driven
- Demonstrates leadership, ownership, and a growth mindset, with openness to feedback, continuous learning and adopting new tools or approaches to enhance impact.
