Job Summary
In an in-office Battle Creek, MI role, lead global quality and safety programs for premiums and licensed products across markets; ensure WK Kellogg standards and regulatory compliance; serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality inquiries and documentation requests; oversee hazard identification, risk assessment, and mitigation to prevent recalls and non-compliance; approve suppliers and testing protocols; design and oversee laboratory testing to validate product safety and quality; drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions; provide technical guidance to resolve customer quality issues; manage safety testing budgets (~$50K–$100K annually); collaborate across Marketing, Procurement, Quality, Packaging Engineering, Operations, and Sales; preferred experience with premiums, licensing, or promotional products; salary range $110,800-$138,500; comprehensive benefits including incentive plan, health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, holidays, life/AD&D, tuition reimbursement, and more.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Chemistry, Packaging Engineering, Food Science) or equivalent experience
