Manager, Predictive Analytics (DACH/FR)

Build and maintain predictive models spanning MMM, attribution, and incrementality to anticipate media performance and guide allocation decisions. Own key metrics, ensuring media activity is measured against clear goals and agency partners are held accountable through robust governance. Partner with internal teams and agencies to pivot strategies based on real-time insights and forward-looking model outputs. Analyze audience and creative effectiveness across product categories, monitor brand health and ambassador performance via consumer sentiment data, and proactively identify emerging patterns or risks in market data. Create concise dashboards highlighting performance gaps and collaborate with Data & Engineering teams to validate data integrity. Translate complex model-driven data into actionable recommendations for regional marketing, brand, and performance stakeholders. Mentor junior analysts and embed predictive thinking into day-to-day media decisions for the France and Germany markets, extending analytical support to Benelux and emerging European regions.
